The Juno Beach Centre : The Canadian museum of the Landing Beaches

 

Centre Juno Beach (Crédit G. Wait)On the beach where the Canadians landed in June 1944, discover the Juno Beach Centre and the role played by Canada during the Second World War. The museum includes displays for young visitors, ideal for a family visit, as well as temporary exhibits. Until September 2011, the exhibit "Allies : Canadians and British during the Second World War" pays tribute to the British who fought alongside the Canadians. Young Canadian guides welcome visitors and organise guided tours of Juno Park as well as educational activities for school groups.
